Among the three typefaces (Myeongjo, Gothic, Handwriting) of Junglim Architecture founder Kim Jung-chul, this is the Myeongjo. Per the Korea Institute of Registered Architects (Usage MOU) notice 229814, the original four clauses state: ① All intellectual property rights belong to Junglim Architecture; ② Fees cannot be charged or received in return for paid sale, copying, or distribution; ③ No modification or editing is allowed by parties other than Junglim Architecture, and the font must be used in the form as distributed; ④ Users must be familiar with the font guidelines and take care not to damage the identity.
